Suzy Scheller combines her passion, interest, skills, and knowledge of elder law, elder abuse and neglect, mediation, teaching, vulnerable adults, estate planning, financial exploitation, and long term care to advocate for clients finding themselves facing everyday concerns related to aging, advanced planning, and care needs. At Scheller Legal Solutions LLC, Suzanne Scheller focuses her practice on the field of elder law, including elder abuse and neglect litigation, financial exploitation, elder mediation, estate planning, and other areas of elder law. Suzy often works as co- counsel with Kenneth L. LaBore in nursing home litigation claims. Her passion and compassion in injury and wrongful death litigation claims against nursing homes and assisted living facilities have achieved results for elders and their families and have held providers accountable to protect our vulnerable, elder population.

Suzanne Scheller is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Minnesota, the United States District Court for Minnesota, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She is also a Qualified Neutral under Minnesota Rule 114 in the areas of mediation and arbitration.
