Minnesota Council Disabilities continue their work of the Legislative Task Force on Guardianship

The Minnesota Council on Disability (“MCD”) has formed a group called the Legislative Task Force on Guardianship. The group is comprised of well experienced legal professionals, advocates, and guardians themselves. The Task Force will meet monthly to discuss and recommend changes and suggest ways to improve guardianship in Minnesota. Scheller Legal Solutions is looking forward to seeing the work done from this group.
